KONRIKO JAMBALAYA MIX Use one of the following or combination: 1 lb. sliced smoked pork sausage or boiled andouille 6 pieces of chicken pan fried in 2 tablespoons cooking oil 1 lb. boiled shrimp or 6 crabs (remove shells) Steps: In a 2 quart saucepan, add KONRIKO Jambalaya Mix into 2 cups boiling water, add 4 tablespoons tomato sauce. Stir in choice of meat, chicken or seafood. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes or bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Stir once or twice while cooking. Keep covered while cooking. Makes 6 servings.
